Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; keep your tracking number handy for updates.

  After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
